miss_rBeen a while, but been super busy with Christmas and New Years. I am glad 2009 is over, what a horrid year it was, and for most people from what I hear. I hope that 2010 holds better things for everyone!
Christmas was super-busy until the actual day then it went to shit to be honest. We shall not talk about that. The main thing is little man had a great time and was really happy with all his presents and the fact Santa bought him the one thing he wanted soooo badly. LOL

He still has more gifts to come, so will have to get sorting through his older toys again and see if there's any that I can put on Ebay because we just don't have the room!!!!
I got my other half a St.Christopher pendant on a chain....but when I got it home from the store and looked at it again I decided it looked like crap, so was going to take it back the next day and exchange it for a better one. But we got snowed in, so did not have a chance to. Glad I didn't go exchange it now, because when I gave it to him on Xmas day, he loved it! :)
I got some lovely stuff.... sweets and a new knitted sweater/jacket wraparound thing from my Grandma which is very snuggly warm and lovely! XD
Other half's parents gave both him and I cash, which is always very useful and much appreciated. Little man got me a lovely statue of an angel (The Angel of Christmas Spirit) - I collect the figurines in the Willow Tree series, and this is one of those. Never had an angel before, so was a nice suprise! I usually get the family ones!:
NYE was very quiet for us, just spent it at home with a couple of drinks and watched the fireworks over the Thames on TV :) was nice though, just greatful to be with my loved ones. A lot of things have happened this year to make me really appreciate my family a lot more than I already did!
